1972	The ERA® system begins operations with 18 member brokers
1972	Pioneering "Moving Machine" starts faxing listings nationwide
1973	The ERA system reaches 200 member brokers
1973	Buyer Protection Plan (now Home Protection Plan), an unprecedented nationwide home warranty program, is introduced
1974	The ERA system grows to 650 offices in 43 states
1974	13-week sales training program is introduced
1976	Seller Protection Plan® is introduced
1977	New corporate headquarters opens in Overland Park, KS
1977	ERA Realty becomes the industry's exclusive corporate sponsor of MDA
1979	ERA member brokers now in all 50 states
1980	Sellers Security® Plan is introduced
1981	ERA Japan begins operations
1981	ERA Realty is purchased by Commercial Credit Corporation
1982	ERA Singapore starts operations
1985	ERA Realty is purchased by IMB Capital, Ltd.
