	interactive Investor Relations Awards January 2007 – The interactive Investor Relations Awards presented ERA Franchise Systems LLC with Outstanding IR Site. 	ERA Wins Gold Award January 2007 – The Service Industry Advertising Awards presented ERA Franchise Systems LLC with the Gold Award. SIAA is the only advertising awards to specifically recognize the communication and creativity achievements of the service industry – an industry adding significant contribution to marketing and advertising. 	LeadRouter Receives Inman Innovator Award Cendant's proprietary LeadRouter system was named a co-winner along with Google Earth in the "Most Innovative Technology" category of the annual Inman Innovator Awards, presented July 27 by Inman News at the Real Estate Connect conference in San Francisco.
	APEX Awards July 2005 – APEX Awards – seventeenth annual awards program recognizing excellence in graphic design, editorial content and the ability to achieve overall communications excellence. 	December 2004 — goldenwebawards.com Golden Web Award ERA.com received the Golden Web Award for 2003-2004 from the International Association of Web Masters and Designers (IAWMD). The award is presented to those sites whose web design, creativity and content have achieved levels of excellence deserving of recognition by IAWMD. Recipient sites are voted on by members of the association.
	October 2004 — MerComm, Inc. Galaxy Award ERA.com received a Grand Award Winner for the Best of Websites Category in the GALAXY Award Competition recognizing Excellence in Product & Service Marketing.The GALAXY Awards are sponsored by MerComm, Inc. an independent awards organization whose mission is to advance the standards of excellence in the fields of corporate communications.
	September 2001 — Golden Web Award ERA.com was recently chosen as a "Golden Web Award" winner by the International Association of Web Masters and Designers (IAWMD). Selected from among thousands of entries from companies worldwide, ERA.com was acknowledged for its overall design, originality and credibility. The award is presented on behalf of more than 100,000 association members and affiliates in 137 countries. IAWMD sponsors include GE, Microsoft, K-Mart, FTD and American Greetings.
	September 2001 — Golden Award ERA.com received a "Gold Award" for Web design from @omic, an Internet company based in the United Kingdom. For @omic's Gold Award, ERA.com's design and layout was the focus. The panel of Web professionals who judged the contest commented in the review: "ERA.com is a really great site, well designed, excellent navigation and depth of content."
	November 1997 — The Real Estate Web Guide In November 1997, the Real Estate Web Guide rated ERA.com the higher than any national real estate franchise site. The review, completed by REAL Trends, said: "This site is incredible! I gave it a rating of five on the content...because of the plethora of endless information for consumers throughout this site...". We received 13 out of a possible 15 points. Points were awarded for site content, technical savvy, and appearance.
	October 1997 — IRED.com ERA^® received a five bar "Hot!" rating at IRED.com in October 1997. The Hot! Rating is the highest rating available at IRED. According to IRED, Hot sites raise the bar on the quality of information or design on the Web for real estate related sites. They may not meet all the highest criteria on all counts, ease of use, aesthetics, quality of information and usefulness to others, but they meet most of them. IRED ratings give the least weight to design, and most weight to local or other unique information. A Hot! Site is a model for other sites and essential to anyone with an interest in the subject.
	September 1997 — The Real Estate Library The Real Estate Library awarded the ERA.com site it's highest rating "Pure Gold" in September 1997. The award recognizes web sites for design, content, accessibility and relevance to the real estate community.
